PUNE MIDEAST

Rotaract Club of Pune Mideast is a youth organisation which was established in 2009 under the leadership of Rtr. Prashant Ogale, who served as the Charter President of this club. 

Since then, it has grown into one o the most dynamic and impactful clubs in Rotary International District 3131, known for its commitment to service, leadership and excellence. The club has proudly produced four District Leaders (DRRs), namely: PDRR Prashant Ogale, PDRR Arjun Dev, PDRR Shraddha Lamkadhe and our current leader, DRR Dwijesh Nashikkar. It has also been honored with the "Outstanding Rotaract Club- Community" award from 120 clubs twice, in RIY 2019-20 and RIY 2024-25, a testament to its consistent dedication. 

The club actively works across all five avenues of Rotaract— Professional Development, Community Service, International Service, Club Service and Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Avenue. While Professional Development remains the primary focus of the club, encouraging all-round personal and professional growth, engaging with local communities, building networks and bonds internationally, also remains the focus of the club. 

In the recent years, the club as extended its impact by applying for the Rotary International Giving Certificate to support global polio eradication efforts and donating to The Rotary Foundation. The club has recently chartered the Rotaract Club of Balewadi High Street, expanding its reach. At its heart, Rotaract Club of Pune Mideast is a tight knit family where professionalism meets purpose, where differences are celebrated, where leaders are made and where every member is encouraged to grow, connect and lead with meaning.
